Introduction
WHY COLOCK
As societal and economic standards rise, so do expectations for quality of life. For 21st-century individuals, an alarm clock is essential, yet today’s models often lack functionality and modern aesthetics. Our design targets young professionals by revolutionizing the traditional alarm clock—it not only wakes you up but also plays music and features a contemporary design that doubles as decor.

How might we enhance the daily wake-up experience for young professionals through innovative design and multifunctionality in alarm clocks?

MID-TERM SKETCH
After the initial design divergence, I conducted sketch studies on the functional distribution of the alarm clock's design and the placement of the product.
Ideation + Design Concept
SKETCH THINKING PROCESS
Through the initial design research process, I developed systematic design concepts based on the project's objectives. In these system concepts, I identified the core details, including the design philosophy, the relationship between human-machine scenarios, the user experience system, and interaction patterns.

INITIAL SKETCH
From the initial design research, we conducted early sketch modeling based on user pain points and opportunities, mainly focusing on the evolution of the alarm clock’s design
FINAL SKETCH
After exploring the product design and functional zoning, I decided to adopt a record player style, integrating user needs into the design. Combining the results from the initial sketch divergence, I finalized the project’s final sketch.

Design Rendering & Measure
Through prior sketches and researches, I optimized the product's proportions and user interaction, detailing the relationships between major components in the dimension drawings
